 The next projects for MHB Custom Homes will be on 2+ acre lots in the Bluebonnet Ridge neighborhood, south of downtown Weatherford, and Windmill Creeks, north of Weatherford in Springtown ISD.

Or we can build on land you already own in Parker County.

We recently sold our last completed home and have two projects underway. Our next Bluebonnet Ridge project will be nearly 3,900 sf, 4 beds, 4.5 baths, with an office and bonus room. Our Windmill Creeks project will be nearly 3,000 sf, with 4 beds, 3.5 baths and an office. Both projects sit on 2+ acres with a dedicated water well and septic system.
