 The next projects for MHB Custom Homes will be on 2+ acre lots in the Bluebonnet Ridge neighborhood, south of downtown Weatherford, and Windmill Creeks, north of Weatherford in Springtown ISD. Or we can build on land you already own in Parker County. All projects sit on 2+ acres with a dedicated water well and septic system. 

Our second Bluebonnet Ridge project is nearly 3,900 sf, 4 beds, 4.5 baths, with an office and bonus room, as well as a 3-car garage.

Our initial Windmill Creeks project is just over 2,900 sf with 4 beds, 3.5 baths and includes an office and a 3-car garage.

Our second Windmill Creeks project is under construction with a mid-summer completion date. This house has 3,100 sf, 4 beds, 3.5 baths, an office and a 3-car garage.
